Forged Flanges

We manufacture steel flanges of different grades & standard ranges that comply with national & international standards. We generally use stainless steel to produce these flanges. We also fabricate them in pure nickel and many other metals moulded steel, brass and aluminum. our range of flanges can also manufactured as per the customer's requirement.

• Flanges weld neck, socket weld, threaded, blind, slip on, lap joint and reducing type to ANSI B 16.5 from 1/2" to 24" and classes150 to 2500 (complete range)
• We manufacture flanges from 12" to 60" and from classes 150 to 900 lbs (in accordance with MSS SP 44 standard)
• Our range of Flanges long welding neck are available from classes 150 to 2500 lbs and in sizes from 1/2" to 24"
• The complete range of orifice flanges are availaible from 1" to 24" and in class from 300 to 2500 lbs in accordance with ANSI B 16.36
• Flanges in sizes 26" to 48" and class 150 to 600 lbs to BS3293
• Offering flanges as per the standards API 605/ASME B16.47
• AWWA and light type
• Spectacle Blind/Figure 8 Blank according to API 590/ASME B16.48
• Flanges to API 6A std for well head equipment.
• Flanges of special type are made according to drawings.
